This data, along with your input, will suggest a current listing price range.

Preparing Your House for the Market
After touring your home, I will suggest home improvements that will increase its appeal to potential buyers. Generally, buyers are attracted to property in move-in condition with little or no repairs.  By ensuring your home is in marketable condition, you will increase your chances of receiving top-market price.

Marketing Plan
You will receive an effective Marketing Plan that utilizes proven venues for the successful sale of homes.  The sales strategy will include the following components:

The Real Estate Process
Offers normally come in soon after your home goes on the market. To ensure you receive quality offers, I will require buyers to have a pre-approval letter from a qualified lending institution. I will also accompany the home inspector when the time comes to examine your home and facilitate service providers for needed repairs. Finally, I will help you negotiate the sale and estimate closing costs.
